Macerations, Tinctures and Infusions

Medicinal herbs, preserved in oils, apple cider vinegar or water, produce powerful medications, macerations and tinctures that can be used as is for massage or in moisturizers and various unguents. There are basically three techniques to make macerations and use them. Learn how in this 1.5-hour workshop.

Learn about plants that heal, when to harvest and dry them, why to preserve them in macerations vs tinctures or infusions, and which carriers are best. You will then make the three products and learn how to use them.
