Even though your skin is probably doing well right now, it always is a good idea to keep some basic ingredients around to address unexpected issue. But which ones? As a skin care consultant, I find that Ayurveda provides knowledge that makes it much easier to select appropriate ingredients to resolve common or recurring issues. The key is to know your own dosha (consitutition) and that of your family members. In doubt, consult with me at Face to Grace.

Through the correct analysis of one’s dosha, seekers of natural beauty are able to identify ingredients that keep them in balance, whether in the foods they eat or applied directly on the skin. This saves time, money, discomfort and frustration. It brings awareness to self-responsibility, facilitates self-care and relaxation. Once you know yourself and your ingredients, you can add a fun extra ingredient: creativity.
